Head Chef
Born and raised in Opuzen, in the Neretva delta, I was raised on the land. Hunting and agriculture has taught me to respect the produce I transfer into the kitchen. I find inspiration in the scents and flavors of my childhood and my desire is to represent traditional recipes in a new light. Cooking for me is not just about preparing food, cooking is art.
